We are ecstatic to have Ed back to dive deeper into this complex subject that every change leader must contest with.   Learn more about the art of asking instead of telling from Ed as he introduces key insights from his latest book Humble Inquiry.  We’ll practice this approach as a tool to dive deeper into a conversation about someone’s culture.

After establishing a safe environment for sharing, you’ll get to ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask, but were afraid to because of the cultural norms that inhibit our conversations.  Then debrief the experience with Ed sharing key lessons to help you better manage the cultural complexity in your organization.
